The brand your product already earned.

Founders in hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle hire us when the product is already good and the brand is the thing holding the price down. We fix that, then build the engine that keeps it fixed: positioning, content, website, systems.

    Yolla Bali

    Scope

Rebrand Website Team dashboard Publishing pipeline SEO

    Outcome

    229 villa pages, team-published

Three companies trading as three brands, with no system holding any of it together. We made them one brand, then built the business behind it: a CMS they own, 229 villa pages that generate themselves, multi-currency search, and an app where the team adds a listing, imports the photos, works the leads, and publishes straight to production. They went from a brochure site to a backend they run themselves.Read the full case study

    Outcome

    Running since May 2026

A sustainable swimwear label in Hamburg the founder has shot for since long before truetales existed. In 2026 the ad-hoc shoots became a production line: creator sourcing, casting, direction, four shoots a month, and finished photo and video shipped back ready to post. Her one job is picking the models; the operation carries everything else, and it has delivered every month since May without a gap.

You build the company. We build everything around it.

We work inside your team: your channel, your tools, our people on the same calls as yours. Every piece we build gets handed to someone on your side who can run it.

That's why Yolla's team has published 229 villa pages themselves, and why NOR Bingin Spa went from an empty building to launch-ready with 20 staff already on payroll.

02 The method

Three steps, always in that order. Skipping one is what makes brand work fall apart six months later.

Uncover. Express. Amplify.

  1. 01 · Uncover

Find what people are actually buying

Two weeks. We audit the identity, the customer, and the gap between what you sell and what people choose you for. You leave with a build order: what to fix first, what to fix second, and what to leave alone this year.

  2. 02 · Express

Make it something people can see

Brand narrative, voice, visual direction, content system, website. This is where the identity stops being a document and starts being the thing your customer meets.

  3. 03 · Amplify

    Put weight behind it

Distribution, paid, conversion, sales support. It comes last on purpose, because amplifying a fuzzy identity just makes the fuzziness louder.

03 What we build

The four things we build.

Most studios sell one of these. The reason the work holds is that the same team does all four, on one brand.

  1. 01

    Brand

Who the brand is, decided before what it looks like.

    • Positioning & narrative
    • Naming & messaging
    • Voice & tone
    • Visual identity
    • Brand guidelines
    • Customer & market research
  2. 02

    Content

Our own crew and models, delivered ready to post.

    • UGC production
    • Campaign shoots
    • Photo & video
    • Creative direction
    • Casting & model sourcing
    • Ad creative & social
  3. 03

    Website & systems

Self-hosted, documented, and owned by you.

    • Websites
    • Team dashboards
    • A CMS you own
    • Lead capture & pipelines
    • Booking flows
    • Automations & AI tooling
  4. 04

    Growth

Switched on once the first three hold together.

    • Paid acquisition
    • SEO
    • Funnels & landing pages
    • Email & retention
    • Sales support
    • Strategy & advisory

04 Ways in

Start with a Roadmap. Continue if it's working.

Retainers start with two weeks of paid diagnostic work, so both sides know what they're getting into before anyone commits to a month.

    • Weekly working session
  3. Content

    Book a call

Monthly content for fashion and lifestyle brands, run as a complete operation: UGC, campaign shoots, photo and video. You pick the models, and everything else is organized for you.

    • 4 shoots a month, one model each
    • 8 to 12 finished pieces
    • Creator sourcing, casting, direction
    • Delivered ready to post
    • Starts directly, no Roadmap needed

Content scales with volume; larger drops and ad-variation packages are quoted per collection. Partner tier from $7,500 a month for hands-on-everything. Websites, dashboards, and systems are scoped and priced in the Roadmap's build order. A performance layer is available for clients who share their numbers. Quoted in USD, invoiced in EUR on request.

05 The studio

Small studio. Disproportionate output.

truetales is a small studio working with brands worldwide. Small enough that the person who sets the direction is the person you talk to every week.

The founder grew up in hotels: Ritz Carlton, St Regis, Kempinski. That's where the standards come from. The systems come from Uniplaces, backed by investors from Skype and Airbnb with $30M raised, where he built markets from scratch in Germany and the UK. Both show up in how the work gets made.

The work is finished the day your team runs it on its own.

06 Questions

The things founders ask first.

  • Q01How do we start?

With a Roadmap. Two weeks, fixed scope, $2,500. You get the diagnostic and the build order, yours to keep either way. Most brands carry straight on into a retainer, and a few take the plan and run it themselves, which is a fine outcome.

  • Q02What if we already have a designer or an agency?

We work inside the team you already have. Existing designers, photographers, and freelancers keep their lane, and we hold the whole: the positioning, the systems, and the standard everything ships against. Every brand on this page kept its own team.

  • Q03Can you just build the website?

Yes, when the positioning underneath it is solid. The Roadmap scopes and prices the build in its build order, so the number is on paper before anything starts. A website can only express positioning that already exists, which is why most builds happen inside a turnaround.

  • Q04Can we hire you for advice alone?

Yes. The Roadmap is built for it: two weeks of diagnosis and a build order that is yours to run with us or with anyone. Ongoing, the Partner tier keeps a weekly advisory seat at your table. Much of the work behind the brands on this page was strategy and operating advice, with the building there to make the advice concrete.

  • Q05Who actually does the work?

Strategy and creative direction stay with the founder on every account, so you deal with the person making the decisions. A dedicated producer runs content production. Build and systems work is done in-house. Nothing gets handed to a junior you've never met.

  • Q06How fast does anything ship?

The Roadmap lands in two weeks. On a retainer, the first content and brand work ships inside the first month, and websites take four to six weeks depending on scope. NOR went from brand to a live site in under a month.

  • Q07What do you need from us?

A founder who engages. The work needs decisions, access, and honest numbers. Brands that hand it over and disappear get a fraction of the value, which is why the weekly session is part of every retainer.

  • Q08Do you do performance deals?

Sometimes. A performance layer sits on top of the retainer, base plus 5% of the revenue you can attribute to the work. It only makes sense for clients who share their numbers openly.

Worth choosingtwice.
